For the last 6 years, she managed a small boutique law firm where she handled all aspects of running a small business. This experience helped her learn a lot about the importance of providing top-notch service to clients. Shannon has a passion for real estate and after relocating to Hamilton County in 2020 she decided to obtain her real estate license and began working part-time for Redfin Corporation as an Associate Agent. In 2023, she joined The Lawrence Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices J Douglas Properties and is excited to work beside some of the best real estate agents in the Chattanooga area. Shannon brings with her, her strong legal background and understanding of contracts, her attention to detail as well as her passion for working with people. Shannon is dedicated to helping service her clients with all their real estate needs. Shannon grew up in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and relocated to Hamilton County in 2020 to be close to her parents, who moved here to retire. She has two children, a 23-year-old son, Taylor who still resides in Florida, and a 16-year-old daughter, Kaleigh who lives with her and attends Soddy Daisy Highschool. She is blessed with an amazing family and friends and has a strong Christian faith. One of her favorite activities is church on Sunday mornings. She has been attending Abbas’s House in Hixson since she moved to the area and enjoys the worship and fellowship it provides as well as how plugged in the Church is to Hamilton County and its dedication to making it a better place to live. Shannon also enjoys the scenic beauty of downtown Chattanooga, trying all the different local restaurants and hangouts, and being outdoors discovering the many beautiful hiking spots in the area.
