Meet Marie

Marie Lawrence grew up in Denver, Colorado, and moved with her family to Ooltewah, Tennessee in 1998. She graduated from Ooltewah High School in 2001 and finished up her education at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S. in Communications in 2006. Marie began her career in publishing where she was the Publishing Assistant for The Pulse, a Chattanooga alternative paper, which highlighted community events and happenings around the Greater Chattanooga Area.
 
In 2008, Marie relocated to Knoxville, TN as an Account Executive for City View Magazine. She was later hired by Scripps Interactive in 2012, where she became a production coordinator for the Food Network. She married Michael Lawrence in 2014 and welcomed her daughter, Farrah, in October 2016. Michael and Marie currently have two beautiful children, Farrah and their son, Van. Marie is a resident of Signal Mountain, along with her husband Michael. Marie and Michael are partnered as the second generation of "Lawrence Team Homes" through Zach Taylor Chattanooga.
