The Lawrence Team is providing an extensive library of Covenants and Restrictions to correspond with hundreds of subdivisions and developments identified throughout the Greater Chattanooga Marketing Area and Chattanooga Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Covenants and Restrictions (C & R) are basically the Rules and Regulations that Developers, Home Owner Associations (HOA), and Individual Land Owners can create to manage the development and construction of the Development/Subdivision. Be sure to check for a property's Covenants and Restrictions AND Home Owner Association Rules and Regulations where applicable. While this library is not a complete collection of legal documents, most title companies can provide subdivisions Covenants and Restrictions and, in many cases, Home Owners Association documents upon request.
We cannot capture C & R or HOA amendments or updates that occur from time to time, so it is critical that you ask your Real Estate or Title Agent to be sure the Covenants & Restrictions and Home Owners Association Rules and Regulations are the most current available.
