Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway J Douglas Properties, Ashlee spent many years working in Chattanooga's Innovation District building startup businesses and supporting entrepreneurs. Ashlee loves to give back, and she serves as the Vice President of Impact for United Way's Emerging Leaders board and a board member-at-large for Venture Forward. Ashlee currently lives in Downtown Chattanooga with her husband, Jon, and their too-cute-for-words dog, Rye.
