Ann is a native of Signal Mountain and grew up having a family business in downtown Chattanooga. This allowed her the opportunity to see the amazing growth of the city over the last several decades. She attended Girls Preparatory School, Roanoke College, and earned her MBA at University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. The journey into Real Estate for Ann started with a childhood dream of having her own home to host for gatherings, celebrations, and holidays. She currently resides on Signal Mountain with her husband Eric and two boys, Calvin and Cooper.
